MY NAME IS ALEJANDRA TETI.

I go by Ale, nice to meet you!

A little bit about me.

I was born in Venezuela, but my entire family is from Peru so I would say I am Peruvian. My dad's job in international finance took us to four different countries before coming to the US. I was ten years old when we moved to Georgia, and have been here ever since!

Adaptability is something that was ingrained in me at a very young age. I am an avid learner, naturally curious, and extremely driven. Once I set my mind on a goal, I go full force to achieve it. My career has been driven by my desire to have an impact in the world and make a difference. Whether in business, serving, or in my personal life, you will see this be true.

I have been fortunate to be able to work in the sports industry, (Atlanta Hawks, Bleacher Report, NBA), the airline industry (Delta Air Lines), and in anti-human trafficking (Wellspring Living).

Regardless of the role, my approach has been similar:

1. Seek to understand the industry, role, team, processes

2. Get curious and meet with others to find growth opportunities

3. Think through solutions to fill gaps and streamline

4. Getting leadership buy in

5. Work with the broader team to execute and implement

I have seen that when there are limited resources, whether in budget or staffing, everyone is running a thousand miles an hour and strategic vision and alignment can sometimes be overlooked. This is why I’ve created by own strategy consulting business.

My hope is that I can be the one that takes a step back and helps you find a way to grow your business in alignment.

Delta air lines

  • Managed scope of $690M and led Delta in the sub-region category March 2022 with a 20% margin.

  • Created and executed data driven pricing strategies for 21 Leisure markets leading to a 32% growth in revenue compared to 2019.

  • Collaborated with Retail and Inventory counterparts to achieve key KPIs such as Market Share, Yield, and Margin.

  • Created strategy and process to increase cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Digital, and Revenue Management.

Specialist – Latin Pricing Strategy

  • Spearheaded Loyalty optimization tests and campaigns projected to lead to 510K new SkyMiles members (revenue of $295M) over the course of a year.

  • Developed Loyalty initiatives that contributed to two consecutive months of breaking SkyMiles acquisition records.

  • Redefined working groups and created strategic processes for Loyalty, Co-brand and SkyMiles, resulting in long-term optimization plans, cross-functional collaboration, and overall better working relationships.

  • Created consumer strategy for Loyalty and Lifecycle to better understand Member behavior and streamline Loyalty content.

Product Manager – Loyalty & Lifecycle

• Served as Executive Assistant to the CEO leading various initiatives including streamlining brand collateral and creating/refining processes.

• As Capital Campaign Manager, oversaw and project managed initiatives influencing the surpassing of $20M goal.

• Coordinated construction efforts across various stakeholders including builders, architects, civil engineers, and internal members.

• Maintained all donation data and ensured accuracy working alongside grants, data, and finance teams.

• Provided strategic and administrative support regarding Board matters through serving as Board liaison.

• Re-envisioned annual fundraising event through leading ideation, fundraising, design, logistics, and execution ultimately raising

$86K for the Girls’ Residential Program.

  • Ran ecommerce for NBA’s paid digital subscription product, League Pass ($33M digital business).

  • Owned ecommerce initiatives including leading vendor evaluations, identifying pain points and opportunities, and making decisions to maximize value to customers and the business.

  • Led initiative to change payment processor including defining the business case, owning vendor relationships, and leading change management initiatives which resulted in a 47% drop in touch points to customer service.

  • Collaborated with project managers and 14 different internal business teams to define and execute on strategy around migration of subscribers.

  • Managed the redesign and development effort for the ecommerce flow including purchase path, subscription management capabilities, and retention strategies.

  • As of December 2019, increased League Pass sales by 11% year over year.

Bleacher report

  • Launched B/R Live on Roku, tvOS, and Fire TV.

  • Managed and coordinated the product planning and execution of the B/R Live website through all stages of its product life-cycle including strategy, development, feature prioritization, launch, operations, and marketing.

  • Collaborated with mobile app consultants, developers, and designers to plan, launch, and perform continuous improvement for B/R Live on Android and Alexa platforms.

  • Closely analyzed user behavior on product to enhance data-driven decision making.

  • Delegated, reviewed, and advised work of internal team members.

  • Generated more than 225% to plan ($260,000) of yearly revenue through “full marketing ticket programs”.

  • Created new prospects through completing arena tours, out of office appointments, and presentations to corporate and individual business owners.

  • Managed personal accounts while developing relationships and providing the highest level of customer service.

  • Serviced accounts which led to over $20,000 in referrals and upgrades.
